Improve Finance

Mental finance coaching is a service that provides individuals with support and guidance to improve their financial well-being. It's not just about creating a budget or managing debt, but also about developing a positive mindset and healthy relationship with money. Mental finance coaching can help you identify limiting beliefs and behaviors around money, create a financial plan that aligns with your values and goals, and develop the confidence to make sound financial decisions.

I work by sessions not by the hour. I have come across people who have difficulty opening up. And when they attend by the hour by the time they want to open up the session is over. I would want to give some time for them to be comfortable first . My sessions last btw 1-3 hours. And since its charged by session ,  we can now focus on more important issues and talk about you. 

-I focus on building rapport. I don’t believe in those who says ‘ I cant help you if you don’t open up’ I believe that its the therapist responsibility to build rapport and help the client to open up. This is where someone can come for the free consultation to see if we are a good match to work together. 

 

-I focus on results. If a person has anxiety with a certain place, I would prefer to go down with that person. I do not believe in ” do this for me  and update in the next session” I would want to support them throughout.
